Mango Milk Shake

Hello wonderful people and hope everyone is staying wealthy...as someone rightly said - 'Health is Wealth'!

I would like to thank my friend, Sudha for motivating me to blog. Thanks buddy.

My husband is a big fan of mangoes and he likes this rich, mango milk shake a lot. It's very simple to make and delicious. Kids will just love it. During my school summer holidays, my mom used to make something similar called 'Mamidipandla Paanakam'. However, it had a thick consistency and we used to eat it with pooris. Aaah!, sweet memories.....and now to the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Mangoes
2 Cups Cold Milk
10 Almonds (soaked in water for 2 hours)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cardamom

Method:

* Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them into cubes. (measuring approximately 2 cups)
* In a blender, add the mango cubes, milk, sugar, almonds, cardamom and blend it into a fine shake.
* Serve it in a glass.
